ONT power-light off

  1. 01Confirm the wall socket has power (test with a phone charger).
  2. 02Check the small black PSU brick — green LED should be solid.
  3. 03If the PSU LED is off, swap with a known-good 12V 1A adapter.
  4. 04Still off? Call +880 9610 90 9999 — we'll dispatch in 90 minutes.

Router shows 'no internet'

  1. 01Look at the ONT (white box from us) — green LOS light should be off.
  2. 02If LOS is solid red, the fiber is cut between your unit and the splitter — call us.
  3. 03If LOS is off but PON is green, restart the router only (not the ONT).
  4. 04If still down, run our speed test from a wired laptop to confirm.

Slow speed on Wi-Fi only

  1. 01Plug a laptop directly into the router with a cable. Run a speed test.
  2. 02If wired is fast, it's a Wi-Fi / placement issue — try the router-app site survey.
  3. 03Walls with rebar in Old Dhaka often need a mesh node. Contact us for a free survey.
  4. 04If wired is also slow, message us — we'll check your line in 60 seconds.

01How long does installation take?
Most Dhaka addresses are live within 6 hours of order. Apartments above the 12th floor or older buildings without a riser may take 24–48 hours while we run new fiber.
